Payment, delivery and return terms
Payment methods:
Payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery of the product by courier. Payment will be made directly to the courier company based on the receipt.
Order processing is done after we receive payment confirmation from our bank, then we will contact you by phone regarding the delivery of the order.

OTHER DETAILS
Orders placed on MOARA VRĂJITORU are handed over to the courier on business days (Monday – Friday, except for public holidays).
We make constant efforts to deliver your online order as soon as possible. On average, our processing time and delivery of the package to the courier is 2 business days.
Online orders placed on a business day before 12:00 are processed, prepared and delivered to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are processed, prepared and handed over to the courier on the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 or on Saturday or Sunday are processed, prepared and handed over to the courier on Monday or the next business day.
You will receive the package at the delivery address provided within 3 business days from the moment the courier has picked up the package from our warehouse.
We deliver throughout Romania, through the courier company we collaborate with.
Please note that the delivery time may be longer in areas where access is difficult due to terrain or adverse weather conditions.
SHIPMENTS TO POST BOXES
We we apologize but we cannot deliver by mail or to PO boxes.
RETURN POLICY
At MOARA VRĂJITORU, your satisfaction is our guarantee! If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from https://moaravrajitoru.ro, you can return them in their original condition within 14 days from the date you received the package.
The return of the product/products ordered and delivered by MOARA VRĂJITORU will be made exclusively to the address in Street: Mecanizatorilor, Sat Bordeasca Veche, Com. Tataranu, Bordeasca Veche, Jud. Vrancea, by personally handing them over by the buyer or by sending them, at the buyer’s expense, by courier, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
We note that the products will be returned in the original packaging.
To send the products back by courier, it is necessary to send us your request by e-mail to the address, office@greenagro.ro with the following information:

For returned products that have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, damaged stamps, etc. MOARA VRĂJITORU will have the right to choose whether or not to accept the return of the products.
The value of the products ordered, delivered by MOARA VRĂJITORU and subsequently returned by the purchasing customer, under the conditions mentioned above, will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer, to the account sent by e-mail within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the return.
To initiate the return process, please contact us by e-mail at office@greenagro.ro. Our Customer Service department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pack the items carefully and make sure they are as secure as possible in the box, so that they do not fall out of the package or be damaged during transport back to us. Products must be returned in the condition they were delivered in, in their individual packaging, and must not be damaged, modified, tested or used. Don’t forget to include the return form.
Our team will take care of all the steps so that the courier comes to your address to pick up and return the package back to our warehouse. When you pick up your package, you will not be asked to pay anything, as the return cost will be deducted from the final amount that will be refunded to you. We will not charge you any costs for processing the return if the reason for returning the products is related to an incomplete, incorrect delivery or if you received defective products.

Regardless of the method of returning the products, please keep proof of delivery (for example, the courier receipt) so that you can prove that you returned the products in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned goods.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When you receive the package, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for this shipping box to show some signs of wear, but if there is any damage to the products, please keep the box, packaging materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible at 0754 221 400 (Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00) or by e-mail at office@greenagro.ro.
